The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM),
India’s premier and oldest apex chamber covers a membership
of over 2 lakh companies and professionals across the country.
ASSOCHAM initiated its endeavour of value creation for Indian
industry in 1920.
As an apex industry body, ASSOCHAM represents the interests of
industry and trade, interfaces with Government on policy issues
and interacts with counterpart international organisations to
promote bilateral economic issues. Currently, ASSOCHAM has 60
Expert Committees covering the entire gamut of economic activity
in India.
Today, ASSOCHAM is the fountainhead of Knowledge for Indian industry,
which is all set to redefine the dynamics of growth and development
in the technology driven cyber age of ‘Knowledge Based Economy’.
Through its heterogeneous membership, ASSOCHAM combines the entrepreneurial

EXIM
India
EXIM India is a reputed, premier publishing house specialising
in the maritime sector and the ex-im trade. Having a national
presence, especially in key port areas and cargo centres, it has
been bringing out a daily newspaper ‘Exim Newsletter’
from Mumbai, Western India and New Delhi, and Exim India ‘Shipping
Times’ from Kolkata, Chennai, Cochin and Tuticorin for the
last 27 years.
